Yes. Advance booking is required — please book at least 24 hours before your scheduled transport. This allows us to confirm availability and plan your route for an on-time pickup. We operate 7 days a week (limited hours). Please contact us to verify availability for your specific time.
ELNA NEMT LLC provides city-wide service in Berkeley and surrounding areas. We do not currently provide regional or nationwide transportation. Please contact us to confirm coverage for your specific pickup and drop-off locations.
Yes. All of our vehicles are wheelchair accessible vans equipped with proper lifts, ramps, and wheelchair securements. We are committed to providing safe, comfortable transport for all patients, including those with mobility challenges.
No. ELNA NEMT LLC is a non-emergency medical transportation company. We do not provide emergency response, ambulance, EMT, or paramedic services. For emergencies, please contact your local emergency services by calling 911 immediately.
